Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or if you have ordered the incorrect product by mistake, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 39/7-9 Production Road, Taren Point NSW 2229. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
