In the instance that you accidentally order the wrong perfume, you must contact support with your order number within the hour of ordering.
As we are very efficient in the warehouse, once the perfume is shipped and you have not contacted support, you will be responsible for sending the unopened perfume back to us and will bear the costs of posting the new item to you.
We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or possibly faulty, please contact customer service immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org, with an attached reference photo.
Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
Change of mind
As we have our Discovery Sets available for purchase prior to committing to a full size eau de parfum, we do not offer exchanges or refunds in the event that you change your mind.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 39/7-9 Production Road, Taren Point NSW 2229. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
