STANDARD RETURNS POLICY 
Policy may vary for promotional periods.

At WHO IS ELIJAH, we offer a Try Before You Buy experience to help you choose your fragrance with confidence. Eligibility depends on how your order was placed.

Please read the sections below carefully.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY ORDERS.

How it works:

  • You receive a 2ml sample with your 100ml or 50ml purchase.
  • There is no upfront payment. 
  • Your 3-day trial starts when your order is delivered.
  • We will send you a link via Email & SMS to complete the order.
  • If you don’t like the fragrance, you can simply select to return your full-size fragrance. 

To complete your order or request a refund for items ordered through our Try Before You Buy Service, please follow this link to the dedicated returns page.

Conditions:

  • The full-size bottle must remain sealed unopened and unused.
  • The return must be lodged before your 3-day trial ends
  • Used or opened full-size bottles will not be accepted and you will be automatically charged.
  • A $10 return label fee will be charged only if you decide to return ALL items from your order.

STANDARD ORDERS. 

If you purchase a 100ml or 50ml fragrance upfront, we still include a 2ml sample of the same scent in your order.

This allows you to experience the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle. 

How it works: 

  • Try the 2ml sample first.
  • If you love it, unwrap and keep your full-size fragrance.
  • If it’s not for you, you may return the unopened, unused full-size bottle. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:

  • The full-size bottle must remain sealed unopened and unused.
  • Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery date.
  • 100ml and 50ml purchases are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange depending on stock availability. 

If you made a purchase through a partnered retailer or location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and cannot be directly returned to WHO IS ELIJAH.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless deemed faulty:

  • 10ml fragrances
  • 30ml fragrances
  • Fragrance Sets or Bundles
  • Body Mists
  • Final Sale items (The Vault)

FAULTY ITEMS:

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact our customer care team with:

  • Full Name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the fault.

Once our Customer Care team has reviewed the fault, they’ll be in touch with the best next step. We have the right to choose at our discretion to provide a refund, repair or provide a replacement product.
