DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak sale periods, please also 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched


who is elijah does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us and we will investigate and make decision on whether we will provide a replacement.Β 

As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:

a) exercise your right of cancellation; and

b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.


While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak holiday periods. Please expect a delay of 5-10 business days during these times.Β 

Orders placed within Australia are dispatched from Sydney.Β 

Orders placed within New Zealand are dispatched from Christchurch.Β 

Orders placed within USA are dispatched from Los Angeles.Β

We've partnered with Refundid so you can get your refund instantly, before you've even sent back your order. Refunded is available for Australia customers only.Β

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact supportΒ within 7 days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

EXCHANGES

To ensure a risk free purchase for you,Β all 50ml and 100ml purchases come bundled with a 2ml tester to allow you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.

After trying out the tester, you can decide to keep your new fragrance or return the unopened full-size bottle for a refund or exchange.Β 

If you open the seal of the full-size bottle, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refund for change-of-mind.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for ourDiscovery Set, 10ml bottles or Collective Set or candles (unless faulty).Β 

EXCHANGESΒ 

Please return your unopened 50ml or 100ml fragrance to our warehouse location in your country, and we will process your exchange upon receiving.

Please be mindful of any price differences in products that will either be refunded any less amounts or payment may be required for products of a higher price.Β

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong perfume, please immediatelyΒ contact support with your order number. Do it right away β€” once the shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order, and you will be responsible for return/replacement shipping costs.Β 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered, please take a photo of the item and contact supportΒ within 7 days of delivery.

ALLERGIC REACTION

In the extremely rare instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction, andΒ contact our support team. Please ensure to read our full ingredient listing on each product page at the time of purchasing.

When receiving your fragrances, please refer to the ingredients listing o the packaging to ensure suitable for you skin.Β 

(Allergy-related returns must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund.)

Please return your unopened 50ml or 100ml fragrance to our warehouse location in your country, and we will process your refund upon receiving. Or if you would like to exchange for another perfume, we can do that too, please confirm your preferred choice

We believe that shopping online for fragrances should be easy and stress-free, so we offer two ways for you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized purchase:

2ML Testers β€” included with all 50ml & 100ml purchases:

All of our 50ml & 100ml fragrances bottles come bundled with a 2ML tester of the matching fragrance, allowing you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.

After using the tester, you can decide to keep your purchase, or return the unopened full-size bottle for a refund or exchange. If there is a price difference for the fragrance/product you wish to exchange for, you will either be refunded if your desired fragrance is a less amount, or if the fragrance you wish to exchange for is of a higher price, we will send you a payment link for the difference to be paid.Β

10ML, DISCOVERY SET & COLLECTIVE SET

Please note, that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our DISCOVERY SET & COLLECTIVE set, unless faulty, as these are sample sets for you to test all fragrances. DIGITAL GIFT CARDSPlease note we do not offer refunds on digital gift cards.
