Shipping costs

Shipping costs:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD, subject to change.
  • $12.95 AUD standard shipping on orders under $99 AUD.
  • Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.95 AUD.

Please note: Express shipping applies to transit time only once your order has been dispatched. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping protection: Added shipping protection is available at checkout at a flat rate of $4.95 AUD. When selected, this service provides coverage for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, along with support for tracking delayed or missing parcels.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • All Australian orders are dispatched from Sydney.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes.

During peak periods, promotions, or sale events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Delivery timeframes

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Express shipping: 1-3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post and we are unable to expedite delivery.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. WHO IS BRAND is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, or for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Returns policy

At WHO IS BRAND, we offer a Try Before You Buy experience to help you choose your product with confidence. Eligibility depends on how your order was placed.

Try Before You Buy orders: You receive a 2ml sample with your 100ml or 50ml purchase. There is no upfront payment, and your 3-day trial starts when your order is delivered. If you do not like the product, you can select to return your full-size product.

  • The full-size bottle must remain sealed, unopened, and unused.
  • The return must be lodged before your 3-day trial ends.
  • Used or opened full-size bottles will not be accepted and you will be automatically charged.
  • A $10 return label fee will be charged only if you decide to return all items from your order.

Standard orders: If you purchase a 100ml or 50ml product upfront, we include a 2ml sample of the same product so you can experience the product before opening the full-size bottle.

  • Try the 2ml sample first.
  • If you love it, unwrap and keep your full-size product.
  • If it is not for you, you may return the unopened, unused full-size bottle.
  • Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Not eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty:

  • 10ml products
  • 30ml products
  • Product sets or bundles
  • Body mists
  • Final sale items

If you purchased through a partnered retailer or location, any return must be made in accordance with the returns or cancellation policy of that retailer and cannot be directly returned to WHO IS BRAND.

Damaged or faulty items

Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact our customer care team with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the fault.

Please do not dispose of the item until our team has had a chance to review it.
