SHIPPING PROTECTION:
Added shipping protection is available at checkout at a flat rate of $4.95 AUD.

When selected, this service provides coverage for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, along with support for tracking delayed or missing parcels. 

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• All Australian orders are dispatched from Sydney.
• We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes.
